The Fumee Lake Junction. Trail 5 ends at Trail 2.The Fumee Lake Junction is the major trail connection in the Tri-County Snowmobile Club trail system. Trail 5 allows you to ride from Iron Mountain to Lake Superior in Big Bay.
Club Rides usually begin where Trail 2 meets Ball Road in Loretto
This is the scenery around the Gloverland Mine. Trail 5 passes through the mine land. It beautiful on a sunny day. Trails were well used this day.
John Zanon sent in these pictures. The trails sure look different when you are out repairing and brushing them in the fall. The second picture is of the work that is going into the Norway wetlands area. This will be under the snowmobile bridge. Thanks for the pics John.
